1. Membership & verification

HotNCool is an invitation-only casting network. Every applicant is reviewed personally by the HotNCool team. Our verification is done by phone call only. We do not collect government-issued IDs, PAN cards, Aadhaar, passports or any other official identity documents. Verification is a good-faith conversation confirming the applicant is a working professional. The "Verified" badge indicates only that this call took place — it is not a legal identity check and HotNCool makes no warranty about a member's identity beyond that.

2. Fees for featuring and marketing

HotNCool charges fees for premium placements including but not limited to: appearing as a Featured Actor on the homepage, being listed in promotional email or social campaigns, sponsored placements in search results, and any marketing collateral produced by HotNCool. These fees are agreed with the member in advance.

Proof clause: if you see a member featured in any HotNCool marketing, campaign, homepage placement or advertisement — including anywhere on this site or on our social channels — that visibility itself constitutes proof that these paid-placement terms have been agreed and apply, whether or not those terms are shown alongside the specific placement.

3. Content you upload

You are solely responsible for every photo, video and piece of information you upload. You confirm that you own or have full rights to distribute anything you post, that it is professional, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. HotNCool does not pre-screen uploads and is not responsible for their content.

4. Acceptable use

You will not misrepresent yourself, harass other members, scrape the site, or use HotNCool for any illegal purpose. HotNCool may suspend or delete any account that violates these terms, without notice.

5. Public portfolios

Your public portfolio URL is intentionally shareable and indexed by search engines. Anyone with the link — including people who found it through Google — can view it and download its PDF. By publishing your portfolio you accept that anyone in the world may view or download the content you make public.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HotNCool after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
