Our data promise
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it. We do not share it with third-party marketing companies. HotNCool guarantees that your personal information will not be leaked or sold by us. Data is stored encrypted and access is restricted by role-based security.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone, city, portfolio content (photos, videos, filmography, skills) and analytics about how your portfolio performs (views, downloads, contact requests). We do not collect government IDs or official identity documents.
Photos and videos you upload
You are responsible for the appropriateness and legality of everything you upload. HotNCool does not pre-review uploads. By uploading, you assure us that the content is yours to share, that it is professional, and that you accept any consequences of its publication.
Public portfolio visibility
Portfolios of approved actors are public by design. Anyone can view them, download the PDF, or reach them via search engines like Google. If a visitor finds your portfolio through Google, downloads it, or shares it, that is a normal part of the platform's purpose — HotNCool cannot prevent redistribution once content is public.
Acceptance
If you log in to HotNCool, or if you already have an account here, you accept these privacy terms and the Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not sign in and request account deletion by contacting us.
